| Dragon is releasing another Benson class destroyer. This one is the
class leader in a late war fit. The kit reflects the ship after March 1945
when she was refitted. Her second set of torpedo tubes were added back
and a new gun director radar dish was added. The kit has many of the features
of the Buchanan, Livermore
and Laffey. |

If you have been wanting to model later war ships, then this is the
perfect starting point. The aft superstructure is all new and set up for
40 mm gun mounts.

| With all the attention on the other new Cyber-Hobby and
Dragon ship release announcements, it is good to see that we are filling
in the gaps in Benson class ship version. Price should be the same as Livermore
and other recent releases. |
