Infini Models has released different types and styles of cutting boards, to help modelers when masking their models. They sent along one - Infini Easycutting Type A - for review. | ||||||||
THE FRET | ||||||||
There package contains one "Type A"
cutting board. Infini also sells Types B, C and D cutting boards.
The board - I think it's acrylic - has grooved lines running up and down the surface. The side to side lines are a consistent width, but the lines running top to bottom gradually get smaller from left to right, with numbers indicating the width at the top of the board. Just follow the lines - using a sharp knife - and create your own masks. |

CONCLUSIONS | ||||||||
This has the potential to be a very useful accessory,
letting you cut tape to the size you want and need, with sharp edges.
As seen above, I did a quick and dirty test for the review, and it seems
to work as intended, even though I probably should have used a fresh, sharp
blade.
This is INFINI Model's set IT-3501V1, Infini Easycutting Type A. It retails for $19.99, and is available from many of our sponsors. Thanks to INFINI Models for the review sample. Recommended. |
