Swordfish Naval Models Accessories has sent us some additional products to review.  Among these is 35004016, 1/350 37mm SKC-30 DOPP LC-37. This weapon, which was used by the Kreigsmarine, was, according to NavWeaps, "...used on every major combatant ship of World War II. It was only capable of semi-automatic firing, with each shell being individually loaded, which made it a rather slow-firing weapon for anti-aircraft defense. For this reason, it was replaced on many ships in the latter part of the war with the 3.7 cm KM42 and 3.7 cm KM43.  In addition to the normal train and elevation axes, the mounting for this weapon had a third axis which stabilized the the gun carriage when the ship rolled or pitched. This allowed the gun to track an airplane without interference from the motion of the ship. However, problems with this mounting led to its abandonment in subsequent designs for 3.7 cm guns."

THE PARTS
As is the norm, the parts arrive in a plastic clamshell container.  Inside is one long print raft, with six 37mm twin guns.  The weapons are printed in three pieces - the mount and each of the two barrels are separate parts.

There in nice details to be found, with seats, training and elevation gear on the mounts, though the bar the runs across the front of the mounts is not uniformly printed and all the parts.  However, the blemish will be hidden by the barrels once they are placed on the mounts.  The barrels themselves look to be well done and to scale.

There are no instructions.  If you go to the product page on the Swordfish website, you'll find general instructions on how to remove the parts from the print raft.

CONCLUSIONS
Swordfish Models continues to release new 3D printed accessory sets, including these Kriegsmarine 37mm weapons.  As with the other sets I've seen, these are a solid entry into the exploding 3D printed accessory range, with good details.  A plus is the fact that there are six of these included in the set, making these a nice bargain.  Recommended.
