| For years modelers have been relying on Profile Morski books for plans
and photos. These books often feature really nice drawings but up until
recently have only featured Polish text. Now These books are being produced
in the Yellow Periscope line with English text to supplement the Polish
text.
They include many really nice photo's but what is most impressive is the collection of drawings. They include all the typical views with deck levels and detail views included. They are drawn in a variety of scales from 1/400 to 1/50. They make great reference material for scratchbuilder and those looking to add extra detail to their ships. This one shows the Salt Lake City in a variety of views. There is a nice color profile showing her in MS-32/14d. Rigging details are also shown as well as bracing under the various platforms. |
