The family and I took a vacation to Niagara Falls from 17 July to 22 July, 2008. During that time we stopped off at the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park which has the USS Little Rock, USS Sullivans and USS Croaker. The USS Little Rock has a special link for me in the fact as a very young sailor I was assigned to the USS Oklahoma City for 6 months in 1977. So it was great walking around and bringing back some great memories for and to show my kids what I did as a young sailor.
