Maine memorial in Havanna, Cuba by Peter Kettenring
While being on a sightseeing tour through Havanna we came by the memorial
for the USS Maine and her crew. It is located in downtown Havanna directly
by the seaside (actually the sea side promenade called "Malecon"). I have
taken some pictures and maybe they are of interest, especially the pictures
of what seems to me to be the remnants of the main artillery's gun barrels.
