The Attack on Pearl Harbor
December 7th, 1941 - December 7th, 2002
The attack on Pearl Harbor was one of the most dramatic times in our nation's history, and is a stark reminder of the cruelty that mankind is capable of inflicting. In my many conversations with veterans of this great conflict, nearly all have forgiven their enemies. Yet, although they have forgiven, they will never forget the friends, loved ones, and the innocence they lost on that Sunday morning in 1941, and neither should we. Lest we forget...
On this 61st anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, the entire staff of Modelwarships.com wishes to extend our undying gratitude to those men and women who paid the ultimate price for our country, and to those who fought for the very freedom we enjoy today. Thank you. Jeff Herne
